Job Description
Job Duties
- Build a suite of software using Java Flink and Pulsar to identify pricing inefficiencies in live trading markets.
- Assist with development of in-house hybrid cloud application frameworks.
- Understand the full lifecycle and intricacies of a trading platform including observability and deployment.
- Interact and develop against third-party hybrid cloud messaging data observability and deployment platforms.
- Share ideas experience and knowledge with other members of the team.
- Provide feedback to leadership on team health and processes to continuously improve productivity tooling and code quality.
- Coordinate directly with stakeholders and firm leaders to plan work and design solutions.
- Propose architectural improvements to the system to improve reliability latency and throughput.
- Plan and lead projects including breaking down and assigning work to other engineers.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Computer Engineering or Electronics Engineering and 12-months experience in developing applications using Java or Kotlin and the utilization and application of quantitative models
