Job Description
Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Washington DC Onsite
Citizenship: US Citizen
Security Clearance: Top Secret/SCI
Salary Range: US market data minimum $140000.00 - $175000.00 maximum wage range. You will receive a competitive total rewards package that is applicable to the U.S. only. The salary range may vary based on experience skillset and geographical location.

AttainX Inc. is in search of a highly energetic and experiencedProject Manager to provide expert leadership and guidance to our federal government client.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or related field.
- At least 10 years of project management experience managing IT facilities operations and full lifecycle software development and maintenance for Federal Systems.
- Demonstrated experience and abilities developing and implementing project work plans schedules and procedures for complex projects with firm budget and time constraints.
- Experience managing software development using the Agile methodology. Experience running daily scrums.
- Demonstrated experience and abilities organizing and managing employees to meet established deadlines and achieve specific goals including quality control standards.
- Excellent ability to communicate orally and in writing with all levels of management with a diverse workforce and with government clients.
- Demonstrated experience implementing ISO and CMMI quality processes and procedures.
- Flexible and highly motivated with an excellent ability to establish relationships with and influence complex networks of others.
- Solid experience and knowledge of version and project management software ( i.e. Team Foundation Server SVN etc.).
- Must have an active Scrum Master Certification.
- Must have an active Certification in Project Management/Professional.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen with an active Top Secret SCI security clearance.
Skills:
Software development Agile and Scrum Project Management.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Highly preferred to have DoS background and client experience.
- Project Management and CMMI training.
- Knowledge of software development using Agile Methodology and running daily scrums.
Duties:
Project Manager will be the primary point of contact for the coordination between the Contractor the Product Owner as well as the Contract Officer Representative (COR). The Project Manager responsibilities include:
- Coordination with the Contracting organizations Program Office to enable timely problem resolution;
- Properly aligning staffing requirements;
- Facilitating product reporting in line with Agile delivery methods.
- Per Agile development principles the Project Manager will be expected to work with the Product Owner and Scrum Master to develop Product and Sprint plans and reporting in line with Agile delivery approaches
