Job Description
What We Are Looking For
Baylor University is seeking a Referral Clerk who will support the mission of the university by facilitating the referral of patients to specialists in the community and scheduling specialty radiologic addition this position covers front desk receptionist duties when one of the receptionists is at lunch or away from work.
A high school diploma and three years of relevant work experience are Associates degree and five years of relevant work experience are preferred.
All applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
What You Will Do
- Manage daily activities of the office; provide administrative support as needed
- Perform range of administrative functions
- Keep all policies procedures and websites up-to-date
- Review correspondence and maintain office files and records
- Maintain departmental office and faculty supply needs
- Partner with various University departments on special projects
- Promote professional environment with excellent customer service
- Identify opportunities to improve the execution of daily tasks and recommend changes
- Perform all other duties as assigned to support Baylors mission
- Ability to comply with University policies
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance
