What youll do
This is a great opportunity to grow your skills as a Complex Care Assistant with full training and clinical support in areas such as tracheotomy ventilation seizure management stoma care and more. Youll support individuals of all ages with complex needs like spinal cord injuries muscular dystrophy and brain injuries both in their homes and the this role youll care for a client with a spinal cord injury assisting with daily tasks personal care medication companionship catheter care and bowel management making each day rewarding and impactful.

You dont need any social care experience to apply for this role. Were more interested in your compassion and ability to care. Youll need to be resilient and willing to learn new skills and develop your knowledge as part of a close-knit team.
