Compensation:
- General Licensed Team Member:$50000 base salary bonuses/SPIFF/travel incentives Likely OTE of $60000
- General & LLQP Licensed Team Member:$55000 base salary bonuses/SPIFF/travel incentives Likely OTE of $70000
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with billing claims and other inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
- Provide exceptional customer service through value-driven conversations.
- Collaborate with a successful and supportive team after completing licensing and training.
- Stay self-motivated in a role with minimal direct supervision.
Requirements:
- Areliable vehiclefor transportation.
- Clean credit history(no items in collections no bankruptcy in the past 7 years).
- Exceptionalinterpersonalandcommunication skills(verbal written and listening).
- Ability toproblem-solve proactivelyand handle multiple tasks at once.
- A commitment tocustomer service excellence even in challenging situations.
- Willingness topivot to additional productswe offer for those customers who are fully protected.
