Were looking for a strategic and creative National Manager Brand & Sponsorships on a 13-month parental leave cover to lead BT Financial Groups brand and sponsorship strategy. As a senior member of the BT Marketing Leadership team youll oversee brand governance campaign development and high-impact sponsorship initiatives. Youll lead a talented team of producers and event managers collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders and deliver integrated programs that elevate brand presence support business growth and align with corporate strategy.
What do I need
- Proven experience in brand management and leading marketing teams
- Strong track record managing sponsorships activations and brand campaigns
- Excellent stakeholder engagement communication and project management skills
- Ability to lead and inspire high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment
- Experience managing budgets reporting on brand performance and mitigating risk
- Bachelors degree in marketing communications business or related field
