The Maricopa County Attorneys Office (MCAO) is seeking a detail-oriented candidate who can handle a fast-paced high-volume workflow. This position is responsible for the daily supervision and training of Redaction Specialists and other support staff of the assigned unit.

We Require
Five years of experience in a legal setting with knowledge of legal preparations or legal proceedings
High school diploma or GED
Post-secondary education may substitute for two years of the required experience
We Also Value
One year of lead and/or supervisory experience
Experience with redaction of Body Worn Cam through
Experience in entering data into Prosecutor by Karpel (PbK) and other legal record management systems
Job Contributions
Supervise the daily activities of assigned staff
Provide adequate staff coverage through the responsible scheduling of employee breaks work periods and meetings
Monitor direct and delegate the caseloads of the assigned area
Provide ongoing training and mentoring to assigned staff
Resolve process issues and develop effective procedures for managing benchmarks
Direct or participate in the review of grant and overtime duties
Troubleshoot complex work issues
Prepare operational and statistical reports and suggest recommendations based on this data
Research and enter case information in various databases including but not limited to PbK ICIS and
Working Conditions
A hybrid teleworking or alternative work schedule will be available after six months depending on business needs
Mostly office settings that may require long periods of sitting while completing computer activities and moving about to perform tasks
