Job Description
Job Duties
- Responsible for assuring guest satisfaction by maintaining pools and all recreation center facilities in a clean healthy and attractive condition at all times.
- Responsible for transporting beach chairs and umbrellas for guests and returning same to storage at end of day.
- Responsible for training new hires and assisting less experienced staff.
- Assists in scheduling staff in recreation center outdoor pool and beach.
- Assists management in ensuring smooth operation of department.
- Provides Family Style Service at all times
- May perform other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
- High School diploma required.
- Minimum two (2) years prior Health Spa experience.
- Must possess Red Cross senior Lifesaving certificate at all times.
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must have computer knowledge.
- Required to perform the customer service standards of the department
- Knowledgeable of the Casino Control Act respective to regulations as well as company internal controls policies and procedures.
$19.00 per hour
