Your Role: Service Technician/Sales Representative
As a dual-service expert and sales professional youll:
- Engage Customers: Build trust and lasting relationships by delivering exceptional service and clear communication.
- Educate & Sell: Present tailored solutions and upgrade opportunities empowering customers to make informed decisions about their fireplace and chimney needs.
- Provide Services: Conduct cleaning inspections small repairs and diagnostics with precision and professionalism.
- Drive Revenue: Identify and upsell larger repair restoration and upgrade projects by understanding customer needs and offering value-driven proposals.
- Follow Through: Ensure every customer interaction ends with satisfaction confidence and trust in Rooftop Chimney Sweeps.
What Were Looking For:
Skills & Experience:
- Sales-driven mindset with 2 years of experience in sales customer service or a similar field (preferred).
- Mechanically inclined with knowledge of basic hand and power tools (preferred but not required).
- Strong communication problem-solving and relationship-building abilities.
Personal Qualities:
- Goal-oriented and motivated by achieving results.
- Reliable physically fit and comfortable working at heights and in various conditions.
- Ambitious organized and eager to learn both technical and sales aspects of the role.
