We are hiring on behalf of our client for a Chartered Building Surveyor to join a leading client-focused property consultancy in Dublin. This is an outstanding opportunity for a Chartered (or nearly Chartered) professional to work across a broad portfolio gaining exposure to commercial industrial and residential projects across Ireland.

The Role
Carry out building surveys defect diagnosis and planned maintenance schedules
Deliver detailed reports including TDD reinstatement cost assessments and feasibility studies
Oversee refurbishment renovation and new build works
Advise on building regulations planning and property legislation
Handle landlord & tenant matters dilapidations schedules of condition lease advice
Collaborate with legal construction and client-side teams to deliver tailored solutions
The Person
Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS or SCSI) preferred or close to Chartership
Degree qualified in Building Surveying
Proven experience across core surveying responsibilities
Familiarity with Irish building regulations essential
