Job Title: Occupational Therapist (OT)
Salary: $40.00-53.56 per hour
Schedule: Full time
Duties:
- Provide rehabilitative therapy to patients upon referral for cognitive and/or ADL physical functioning disorders following all regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
- This includes recovery improvement in function and when possible a return to a prior level of functioning.
- Clinical documentation will describe objective measures and justification for continued or discontinued services.
Qualifications:
- Must possess or be eligible to obtain a current unencumbered active license to practice as an Occupational Therapist in the state of intended employment and the minimum attainment of a bachelors degree or equivalent (foreign degree accepted).
- Any suitable combination of education training or experience is acceptable.
