Job Description
Company:
The Boeing CompanyBoeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) isseeking an Experienced Product Acceptance Specialist to join ourBoeing Helena Qualityteam based at our Helena Montana site.
Position Responsibilities:
- Verifies product conformance to design requirements.
- Provides objective evidence of results.
- Validates work instructions tooling requirements certifications process standards policies and procedures.
- Identifies and documents discrepancies and segregates and controls non-conforming items.
- Performs preliminary review and disposition of non-conformance.
- Conducts product review with customer during product or process verification.
- Identifies repetitive or significant non-conformances and initiates requests for corrective action.
- Operates CMM (coordinate measurement machine) and metrology (laser operations).
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience):
- 3 years of experience with Quality Assurance or Technical Inspection
- 3 years of experience in conducting Compliance Foreign Object Debris (FOD) Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) Tool Control and/or Audit assessments
- Ability to work any shift based on the needs of the operation
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills and Experience):
- Proficient in all forms of NCR and EPD generation (NCR/RGEN/PU/SAT/SRR/PU and RGEN Revision etc.)
- Must maintain all necessary certifications to perform the job
