Your future duties and responsibilities:
Work with the product owner and business stakeholders to understand and document requirements
Turn business needs into clear technical tasks and process improvements
Analyze data to spot trends issues and opportunities
Break down features into detailed Jira user stories
Test new features to make sure they meet expectations
Lead workshops and meetings to keep everyone aligned
Ensure data quality and follow compliance standards
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
Bachelors degree in Business Economics Information Systems or a related field
4 years of experience in a business analyst or similar role
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in tools such as Excel Oracle SQL Jira/Confluence and project management software
Excellent English and Latvian communication skills
Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies is a plus
Familiarity with financial services or process automation projects is a strong advantage
