Area / Function: COO / Global Sustainability & Regulatory Affairs
Contract: full-time/ permanent
Start date: 01.11.2025 / according to agreement
Develop and implement a global regulatory strategy aligned with business objectives and the overarching Group strategy.
Ensure regulatory compliance with all applicable international regulations throughout the entire product life cycle including the timely submission of required documentation in collaboration with the team.
Establishment and continuous improvement of internal global processes.
Monitor global regulatory developments and proactively adapt internal policies and processes to maintain ongoing compliance with evolving requirements.
Act as an inspiring leader by empowering a global team of chemical regulatory specialists across diverse countries and cultures within a matrix organization.
Represent the CHT Group in interactions with regulatory authorities and industry associations; serve as the primary point of contact for both.
Foster cross-functional collaboration with key internal stakeholders including R&D Operations Procurement and Compliance.
Degree in Chemistry or a comparable qualification with extensive professional experience in chemical regulatory affairs and profound leadership experience.
Deep knowledge of chemical regulations and regulatory affairs. Interest in related topics such as sustainability management.
Proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership by formulating and presenting strategic recommendations to senior management.
Inspiring and dedicated leader who acts as a role model for team leaders and empowers others through effective context-sensitive communication tailored to individuals situations cultures and goals.
Outstanding communication skills in both German and English written and spoken with confidence in interacting across all organizational levels.
Willingness to travel internationally for business.
