What will you do
Greet customer on service drive and perform a needs analysis including service needs and history and opportunity/desire for potential trade.
Assess customers desire to trade in their current vehicle for an inventory vehicle including make type and features of vehicle.
Identify and qualify potential trade-in vehicles by assessing the condition of customers current vehicles.
Present trade-in offers based on the customers vehicle history and current market value.
Encourage customers to consider upgrading to a new or used vehicle from the dealership.
Communicate customer preferences and trade in appraisals to the sales management for assignment to sales consultant.
Update customer records and trade-in data within the dealerships customer relationship management (CRM) system.
Attend/complete required training and department meetings.
Provide a high level of customer service and ensure all customers feel valued and informed during their time in the service drive.
Address any customer concerns or questions related to vehicle trade-ins or exchanges.
Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned
What are we looking for
High School diploma or GED; previous sales experience and college degree preferred.
Prior sales and/or customer service experience is preferred.
Proficient in various desktop tools including MS Office Programs (i.e. Outlook Excel Word PowerPoint Project Visio SharePoint etc.)
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Knowledge and implementation of the companys policies practices and processes as related to sale of vehicles.
Ability to work with sales team and obtain required sales metrics.
Proactive organized approach to multitasking and prioritization

Pay:
