Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Assistant to join our dynamic this role you will be the first point of contact for our customers providing them with support and guidance to ensure their experience with our company is exceptional. You will assist in addressing inquiries resolving issues and providing information about our products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via multiple channels including phone email and chat.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Provide detailed information about our products and services to assist customers in making informed decisions.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information in our database as necessary.
- Assist in processing orders returns and exchanges in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient handling of customer requests and issues.
Skills Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in customer service or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service role or similar position is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong ability to listen and empathize.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on providing effective solutions.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and customer service software; experience with CRM systems is an advantage.
