Experienced Financial Analyst (Cost and Financial Structure Management)

The Boeing Company is looking for an Experienced Financial Analyst to join our Cost and Financial Structure Management (C&FSM) team in Mesa Arizona. This position is hybrid and expected to be onsite at least two days a week. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite in Mesa AZ and relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates.

The successful candidate will be the team lead for the Cost and Financial Structure Management (C&FSM) teams international team. This assignment will partner with team members and business partners (foreign and domestic) to ensure work is completed and meets necessary accounting requirements.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Provide oversight and guidance to ensure chargelines and offload requests are assigned and completed while meeting cycle time and quality Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and act as a point of contact for questions or concerns

  • Coordinate with multiple stakeholders (International Accounting Finance Business Partners) to close gaps on requests that have missing/incorrect information

  • Work closely with C&FSM management and leads work statement strategies and alignment between team members and provide feedback on individual performance

  • Support the development of training and process documentation for current and future work statements

This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring teams discretion and could potentially change in the future.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelors Degree or higher

  • 3 years of experience in a finance accounting business or related role

  • 3 years of experience using all the following Microsoft Office Applications (Word Excel and PowerPoint)

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 1 years of team lead experience

  • 1 years of experience in customer support

  • Ability to effectively support multiple projects and deadlines prioritizing tasks in a way that promotes work-life balance and inclusivity

  • Creative problem solving and diverse perspectives working in areas such as finance accounting contracts business operations financial analysis or a related discipline
