Job Description

Responsibilities may include:
Lead the assessment planning implementation and evaluation of performance improvement and quality initiatives.
Develop and execute strategies to ensure regulatory compliance and promote patient safety.
Collaborate with hospice leadership to create and support performance improvement plans.
Establish and monitor quality standards while identifying opportunities for improvement.
Conduct regular audits to assess compliance and drive continuous quality improvement.
35 years of hospice experience preferably with a focus on Quality Assurance (QA)
Active RN license
Strong knowledge of hospice regulations including ICD-10 coding and related documentation requirements
Previous management or supervisory experience is a plus
