The Opportunity:
Global Customer Support (GCS) is the global technical services organization for Roche Diagnostics supporting affiliates and Lifecycle Teams to ensure end-user success. We act as the voice of the customer bridging their needs with global business teams and keeping customer satisfaction central to product development. Through training tools and expert support we empower affiliates to deliver high-quality service across borders. Within GCS Project & Portfolio Excellence we unify project and change management capabilities foster collaboration through cross-training and track progress with clear KPIsall with a strong commitment to service excellence.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Professionally manage (planning execution monitoring controlling closing) complex cross-site Global Customer Support (GCS) projects and programs which make an important contribution to the success of key global Roche Diagnostics product development projects
Drive adoption of key global Roche Diagnostics projects by professional Change Management (stakeholder mapping impact analysis planning executing and reinforcing change)
Self-reliantly drive risk management; anticipate and mitigate risks
Create and maintain cross-site project plans in project planning tools and monitor project progress. Organize and facilitate project team and change meetings and workshops; document and follow up on actions and decisions; coordinate milestone preparations
Identify and coordinate dependencies timelines budgets change efforts and project documentation for the GCS project
Align with parent program/project and related programs/projects if applicable
Ensure stakeholder management and communication management
Ensure efficient and constructive collaboration and communication between different Roche departments inside and outside of GCS and if applicable with external companies e.g. by defining and implementing a structured communication plan
Consult and mentor regarding project and change management principles and best practices
Additional tasks:
International travel (max. 25%) is required to perform the job effectively
Who you are:
Bachelors degree
at least 5 years of experience in focus business area
Preferred Qualifications:
Proven experience in project and change management; certifications (e.g. PMI PRINCE2 Agile) are a plus
Strong stakeholder engagement influencing and cross-functional collaboration skills
Ability to translate complex systems and processes into clear impactful communication and training materials
Knowledge of customer support/service processes and familiarity with Roche or medical/biotech environments
Comfortable working in a fast-paced international matrix structure with a structured team-oriented approach
Location: This position is based out of our Indianapolis office and offers a hybrid work schedule.

The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of Indianapolis IN is $81900 - $152100. Actual pay will be determined based on experience qualifications geographic location and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance. This position also qualifies for the benefits detailed at the link provided below.
