Senior Program Manager
Xcelerate Solutions is seeking a Senior Program Manager (PM) who will lead a large vetting support services program. This role involves overseeing a multidisciplinary team maintaining high standards of performance and ensuring compliance with all contract requirements.

Responsibilities:
- The PMis responsible for the overall performance of the work.
- This person must coordinate directly with the COR and Program Leadership.
- Manage overall program performance and lead a team of security intelligence and business professionals.
- Serve as the primary liaison with leadership and Government stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain project plans schedules budgets and deliverables.
- Ensure all tasks meet the standards defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
- Coordinate periodic progress meetings and status reviews.
- Facilitate entity vetting reviews document processes and procedures and prepare briefings and reports.
- Implement and maintain an effective Quality Control Plan (QCP) and ensure compliance with the Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP).
- Provide timely and accurate reporting of program metrics and performance indicators.
- Maintain open communication lines with leadership.
- Oversee the preparation and submission of necessary security documentation.
Minimum Requirements:
- Masters Degree (or higher-level degree) in Program/Project Management Business Management Finance Information Technology/Computer Science Logistics Management or related discipline
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification current at time of contract award and maintained through the life of contract.
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in program management.
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in interacting with high-ranking officials on program management support.
