Job Description
Responsible for proactive management maintenance and troubleshooting of on-premises and cloud servers virtualization platforms and core infrastructure systems. This includes:
- Maintaining monitoring and optimizing physical/virtual infrastructure (Windows Server VMware Azure)
- Managing patching OS updates backups (Veeam) and system configurations
- Supporting integration with cloud services (e.g. Microsoft 365 Azure AD sync)
- Participating in infrastructure upgrades DR exercises and cloud migration projects
- Preparing documentation and responding to incidents per SLA
