Looking to grow in the HVAC trade Were hiring Lead Installers and Installer Helper to work on residential and commercial projects. Join a team that respects your skills and invests in your future.
Lead Installer:
- Install HVAC equipment ductwork and controls
- Lead Installers: Supervise helper(s) and manage job site logistics
- Ensure jobs meet code and customer expectations
Helper Installer:
- Assist with installations and material handling
- Learn trade skills on the job
- Keep job sites clean and organized
Requirements:
- Lead Installers: 3 years experience EPA cert
- Installer Helpers: No experience required well train!
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
- Drug free - Positive attitude - strong work ethic
- Ability to lift heavy objects enter crawl spaces attics etc
