Job Description
- Provide technical support for hardware software and network-related issues.
- Min 3 yrs of experience
- Install configure and troubleshoot desktop systems laptops and peripherals.
- Maintain system security updates and patches.
- Assist users with software installations and upgrades.
- Perform remote troubleshooting and resolve IT-related queries.
- Able to configure Email and resolve office related queries.
- Document technical issues and solutions for future reference.
- Collaborate with IT teams to improve system efficiency.
- Knowledge of Active Directory and Domain environment.
- Knowledge of Windows Endpoint OS Win 10 11
- Working knowledge of MS 365 and services Basic cloud fundamentals
- Working in night shifts with rotation based on projects.
- Working for Global support team.
