Job Description

The Fashion team is looking for an analytical and highly motivated Program Manager to drive top tier customer inputs via catalog and availability. As a Program Manager you would play a critical role in ensuring ideal customer experience through product display page quality and product availability. Your day to day work will involve engaging across multiple stakeholders (both internal and external) to continuously raise the bar on catalog quality and operational metrics. You will also work closely with Product and Business category team to drive long term sustainable improvements.

Key job responsibilities
a) IDQ and catalog: Possess deep understanding of Amazon catalog and product display page to drive incremental improvements in partnership with business and seller team.

b) Product availability and Sales: Data driven approach to influence stakeholders and drive best in class availability and sales for targeted programs.

c) Event planning and execution: Responsible for event planning through engaging with external sellers and internal business team to ensure right customer inputs during events.

d) People management: Manage a small team of catalog associates and invest in the growth and learning of the members.

- 3 years of program or project management experience
- 3 years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 3 years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements

- 3 years of driving end to end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 3 years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes project management and schedules
