Description

***IMPORTANT NOTICE***

This role is specifically for Good Sammys Learning and Development Team members to apply.

Your Impact:

As a full time Senior Learning and Development Specialist you will play a key role in facilitating the end-to-end process of training requirements across the organisation for all staff and our employment learning programs for supported employees.

What youll do:

  • Deliver L&D related courses face-to-face; facilitate online delivery when required
  • Assist with the creation of program materials and activities including consultation with the Executive Committee and senior managers on content needs and review contents andenhance contents of programs growth of L&Dteam.
  • Coordinate the delivery of the internal learning and development needs of the organisation including maintenance of related training matrices and plans.
  • Coordinate with Marketing Service Delivery andother departments to ensure increase in enrolment for academy courses.
  • Develop communication plans for program visibility.
  • Build strong relationship with stakeholders and collaborate with other departments to ensure all programs operate smoothly.
  • Research & integrate L&D industry trends.
  • Make sure program is delivered on time and within budget and meet the needs of the business.
  • Work with L&D specialists on new programs and improvement on production.
  • Attend all meetings and give updates to the relevant teams on status of L&D.
  • Maintain continuous improvement registers.
  • Plan andrun events and celebrate learning and employee growth.


Skills And Experiences

What youll bring:

  • 5 years experience in HR training or related field.
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or higher (essential).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with a Learning Management System and building eLearning modules is desirable.
  • A passion for helping people with disability and help them reach their career goals.
  • Qualifications or experience working in the Disability Sector is advantageous.
  • Well-developed computer skills with strong proficiency on MS Office Suite
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills highly organised and able to manage your time effectively.
  • Manage and maintain training database and systems to gather and analyse training records and information.
  • Readiness to travel across the metro area to deliver training to employees.
