Job Summary:
The Sr. Research & Development Analyst is a senior level position responsible for leading complex research projects and initiatives. This role involves conducting advanced analyses of research data performing in-depth data analysis and developing strategies to improve research outcomes. The Sr. Analyst works closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve research issues implement corrective and preventive actions and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Additionally this role involves mentoring and training junior staff and providing technical expertise to support continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications:
A bachelors degree in science engineering or a related field with at least 6-8 years experience or equivalent work experience that provides exposure to fundamental theories principles and concepts. Graduate degrees will also be considered with a least 6 years of experience for a masters degree in science engineering or a related field; or at least 4 years of experience for a doctorate degree.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
Proficiency in research tools and software.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to develop and implement research strategies and plans.
Experience in conducting experimental design and statistical analysis.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
The estimated salary range for this position is $86700.00 - $156100.00 USD Annual plus bonus. Starting pay is dependent on multiple factors such as skills experience and work location and is not typically at the top of the range.
