Engineering Manager
Position Summary
Were seeking an experienced and driven Engineering Manager to lead our engineering operations within a precision aerospace machining environment. This role ensures the highest standards of quality innovation and efficiency across all engineering processes and outputs.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of engineering professionals ensuring optimal performance and collaboration.
Establish and maintain engineering processes and best practices aligned with industry standards and customer requirements.
Develop refine and enforce policies and procedures to ensure compliance with engineering specifications for all products and services.
Ensure team members are properly trained and continuously improving in technical processes.
Collaborate cross-functionally to support production goals and resolve technical challenges.
Perform additional duties as needed to support organizational success.
Qualifications
Proven expertise in engineering within a manufacturing environment.
Exceptional analytical thinking and a sharp eye for detail.
Proficient in the use of analytic and project management tools including spreadsheets and databases.
Skilled in interpreting complex technical documents drawings and specifications.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of engineering experience in a manufacturing setting.
Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related field.
Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Excel and project management software.
Preferred: Experience in aerospace and/or precision machining environments.
