Pay Rate/Range: $23-28/hr DOE
Description: A leading local aerospace company is seeking a Buyer to manage pricing purchasing and inventory of materials tools equipment and supplies. Responsibilities include placing and tracking MRO and supply orders ensuring timely deliveries stocking inventory and preparing shipping documentation and invoices. The role requires strong Excel skillsspecifically with pivot tables and VLOOKUPto analyze and merge data from the MRP system for informed purchasing decisions. The Buyer will also collaborate with cross-functional teams and maintain accurate procurement records.
Job Requirements: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excelspecifically with pivot tables and VLOOKUP. Familiarity with M2M or similar manufacturing software and MRP systems is essential. Experience in MRO purchasing and general supply ordering is strongly preferred. Successful candidates will be self-motivated able to work independently manage their workload efficiently and consistently meet critical deadlines.
Job Type: Contract-to-hire
Shift/Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm
