We are looking for a full-time LVN to bring their energy empathy and clinical expertise to our incredible team. If you thrive in a fast-paced setting and have a heart for helping others this is the role for you!

What Youll Be Doing:

• Provide skilled nursing care and treatments per physician orders

• Monitor residents health status and communicate changes to the care team

• Collaborate with CNAs RNs and other interdisciplinary team members

• Administer medications and document care accurately using PCC

• Support residents and their families with compassion and respect

What Were Looking For:

• Current LVN license in the state of California

• Excellent clinical communication and teamwork skills

• PCC experience preferred (or willingness to learn!)

• Passion for long-term care and a positive proactive attitude
