Job Description
- Paid time off
Schedule: MondayFriday Approx: 8 AM4 PM Some Weekends
Pay: $26.00-$34.00 per hour based on experience Medical Benefits available
We are seeking a full-time Painter to handle a variety of painting projects both interior and exterior. This role requires attention to detail a steady hand and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The ideal candidate is reliable hard-working and takes pride in delivering top-quality finishes.
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning sanding scraping or removing old paint
- Apply primers or sealers to prepare new surfaces for finish coats
- Mix and match paint to achieve desired color and texture
- Apply paint stain varnish and other finishes using brushes rollers or sprayers
- Cover surfaces with drop cloths or masking tape to protect areas during painting
- Maintain tools and equipment in good condition
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean job site
- Minimum 2 years of professional painting experience (residential or commercial)
- Strong knowledge of painting techniques and materials
- Ability to read blueprints or instructions and follow directions accurately
- Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Own basic painting tools and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on ladders or scaffolding
