NetImpact Strategies is seeking a Program Management Analyst/Coordinator to support a federal agency. The ideal candidate will support day-to-day program operations project tracking stakeholder coordination and reporting activities across multiple initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Track project schedules risks and deliverables across IT and business efforts
- Maintain project documentation (e.g. plans risk logs action items)
- Coordinate meetings agendas and follow-up actions
- Support budget tracking procurement coordination and invoice validation
- Prepare status reports and executive briefings
- Maintain contract deliverables and compliance logs
- Assist with staffing coordination and onboarding activities
- Apply PM best practices (e.g. PMBOK Agile) and support process improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
- 35 years of program/project support experience in federal or similar settings
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project tools (e.g. MS Project JIRA ServiceNow)
- Experience in scheduling budgeting and reporting
- Strong communication organization and time management skills
Preferred
- PMP or CAPM certification
- Familiarity with federal contracting and procurement
- Experience with Agile or hybrid project environments
