We have a thorough but FAST hiring process!
THE AUTOMOTIVE FINANCE & INSURANCE (F&I) PRODUCER IS VITALLY IMPORTANT.
The F&I Producer is responsible for structuring car deals for customers in compliance with finance lender guidelines and dealership policy resulting in quick funding and a high level of customer satisfaction.

Our F&I Producers can expect to earn between $80000 and $120000 per year.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinating the sales of finance and insurance programs to customers.
- Attain goals for gross production or financial services/products.
- Knows and implements dealership policies and procedures.
- Leasing paperwork.
- Cancellations of warranties and insurance.
- Take turnovers as designated.
- Responsible for the overall daily functions in the F&I Department.
QUALITIES FOR SUCCESS:
- Minimum of 3 years automotive sales experience with a strong track record of sales success.
- Previous finance experience is preferred.
- Must have knowledge of the sales/delivery process.
- Above average organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent people and communication skills.
- Neat professional appearance.
- Must possess a valid IL drivers license with an acceptable driving record.
