Job Description
POSITION: Financial Data and Reporting Operations Representative
FULLTIME/PARTTIME: Full-time
LOCATION: Jacksonville FL
SCHEDULE: Onsite for training; hybrid schedule afterward (3 days onsite 2 days WFH)
PAY RANGE: Up to $24.43/hour
(Exact compensation may vary based on skills experience and location. Base pay information is based on market location.)
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Wealth Management Tax Operations is responsible for multiple tax-related functions supporting IRS and state-required tax reporting withholding payments and cost basis updates for Wealth Management investment and retirement accounts. This role will focus on reporting to the IRS for international and retirement accounts including handling requests in the New Service Gateway queue managing team email boxes reviewing exception reports and ensuring compliance with regulatory deadlines. You will also support procedure updates participate in tax form testing/validation and assist with other team responsibilities.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle requests from service queues and email inboxes
- Review and act on exception reports
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of tax forms
- Assist with procedure documentation
- Participate in testing and validating tax forms
- Support additional tasks as needed
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office particularly Excel
- Ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize
- Accuracy and ownership of responsibilities
- Capable of working independently and resolving complex issues
- Strong communication skills including professional phone and email etiquette
- Professional demeanor
Note: Mandatory overtime is required during tax season (JanuaryApril) which may include 6-day work weeks and additional hours MondayFriday or bank holidays.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- College degree preferred
- Experience in operations is a plus
WORKING CONDITIONS:
May on occasion be exposed to loud sounds and distracting noise levels such as from office equipment.
The ability to lift up to 30lbs
