In employment law at PwC you will focus on providing legal advice and guidance to clients on matters related to employment labour relations and workplace compliance. You will be responsible for maintaining organisational adherence to labour laws and regulations promoting fair and equitable treatment of employees.
Focused on relationships you are building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. Navigating increasingly complex situations you are growing your personal brand deepening technical expertise and awareness of your strengths. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients and to deliver quality. Embracing increased ambiguity you are comfortable when the path forward isnt clear you ask questions and you use these moments as opportunities to grow.

En PwC Tax & Legal Services estamos buscando incorporar a un Senior Associateen el equipo de laboral de nuestra oficina de Madrid.
Descripcin del puesto:
- Abogado laboralista con experiencia de alrededor de 3- 5 aos de experiencia.
- Experiencia con clientes tanto nacionales como internacionales cubriendo todo el espectro de asuntos propios de la especialidad: asesoramiento laboral en sentido amplio negociacin colectiva litigios laborales y procedimientos administrativos en materia laboral Due Diligence reestructuraciones de plantilla planes de igualdad.
- Experiencia en gestin de equipo.
- Experiencia en gestin administrativa/econmica de los asuntos.
- Nivel alto de ingls.
- Buen nivel en gestin de programas informticos (office Salesforce o similar).
Aptitudes
- Graduado en derecho.
- Nivel alto de ingls.
