Job Summary:
The Production Supervisor oversees daily operations in our Woodstock precast concrete facility ensuring production targets are met while maintaining high standards of safety quality and efficiency. Through effective communication determination and self-discipline this role is responsible for leveraging knowledge and skills to set clear expectations efficient planning production oversight coaching compliance and employee management. This role requires hands-on leadership technical expertise in precast processes and strong coordination with cross-functional teams.
While the pace of the work is faster than average quality or safety is never compromised. The work requires technical problem solving and innovation while working within approved organizational systems quality standards and technology
