The Role
We are looking for a dynamic and innovative Payroll and Compensation Analyst to join our team in Portsmouth NH/Hybrid.
We ask this person to be able to work from our Portsmouth NH office at least one day per week. Remaining 4 days can be worked remotely.
As a Payroll and Compensation Analyst your role is to provide advice guidance and administration across the People Success (HR) function with a specific focus on processing semi-monthly payroll activities. The successful candidate will be accountable for the provision of reliable accurate and timely data reporting while building significant process improvements to modernize the function creating greater efficiency. Additionally the person will perform duties in support of the compensation function.
