Clinical Adoption Consultant Hospital Patient Monitoring
As a Clinical Adoption Consultant you will be based in the West and Midwest zone and will have the opportunity to lead and partner with the clinical workflow design of HPMsolutions for our customers throughout the US.
Your role:
Consult andpartner with customers Customer ProjectManagers Clinical Solutions DeliveryConsultant (CSDC) Clinical SolutionsImplementation Consultant (CSIC) and Salesto design and document workflow for complexHPM solutions throughout the customerlifecycle (could be single or multi-yearengagement). Responsible for managingadoption and system optimization of designedsolutions for long-term engagementcustomers. Collaborates with CPS team todevelop and deliver advanced customerclinical solutions.
Expertly deliver clinical consulting services whichmay or may not be in combination with theimplementation of a Philips solution and participate in the development of newsolutions (services and/or productfunctionality).
Configure or manage the configuration ofPhilips solutions to accommodateApplication and/or operational workflow inthe customers environmentand conduct workflow analysis and consult on workflow changes that need to occurwith the implementation of new functionalityor solutions.
Capably guide the customer in the testing ofworkarounds clinical integration and newfunctionality of Philips solutionswhile coaching and educating customers in theuse of complex situations for multiplesolutions
Analyze the customers existing workflowand facilitates proper change managementin the clinical or operational environmentensures proper testing of the system andestablishes a comprehensive training planto provide for a smooth transition of thesolution to the customer.
Maintain your appropriate level ofprofessional competence and/or licensureby attending seminars and training sessionsand actively be a member of the application andeducation communities and proactivelyshares knowledge experience and lessonslearned.
Youre the right fit if:
You have a Bachelors degree in Nursing or a related science with a focus on education such as Nurse Educator Clinical Nurse Specialist Instructor etc. and more than 5 years of related clinical experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. You also possess a current nursing license.
You have experience with various tools in mappingwork processes (Visio swim lanes PPT) along with experience in the use of Virtual tools (ZoomTEAMS etc.)
Nursing Informatics Change Management certifications strongly preferred.
You have 2 years of experience in data analysis clinical consulting workflow optimization and process improvement.
Youmust be able to meet all customer specific mandates such as vaccinations and or screening tests.
You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Clinical position.
-Ability to travel for business (air/train/bus) ability to operate a company vehicle
-Ability to work in a home office setting and/or remote setting
-Ability to work in a hospital/healthcare environment ability to work flexible hours
-Ability to wear all required personal protective equipment
Youre a road warrior and are comfortable with overnight travel 75% of the time throughout the zone. Overnight travel will be to all states in the US. You may be departing your house on Sunday evening for a Monday meeting and returningMondayor Tuesday or itcould be departing onanother day of the weekand returningsame or different day. There could be weeks requiring travel to multiple hospital sitesall depending on work planned for the week.
* Candidate must reside in a city within the West or MidWest Zone and be located within a 1-hour drive to a major (non-regional) airport to be considered.
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the companys facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the companys main facilities generally at the customers or suppliers locations.

The annual pay range for this position in AZ AR IA IO KS KY LO ME MS MO MT NE NM OK SC SD TN UT VI WV is $83000 to $133000.
The annual pay for range for this position in AL CO DE FL GA HI IL ID MI MN NV NH NC ND OH OR PN TX VT VA WI WY is $87000 to $140000.
The annual pay for range for this position in AK MD NY RI WA is $92000 to $147000.
The annual pay for range for this position in CA CT DC MA NJ is $98000 to $157000.
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills experience business needs geographical location and internal equity.
In addition other compensation such as an annual incentive bonus sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. At Philips it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.
Additional Information
