The Quality Control Specialists primary objective is the support of Quality Management Systems in the business unit around maintenance of documentation systems and quality systems support.
Responsibilities
- Maintain documentation control for all Quality Management System procedures and ISO 9001:2015 requirements in three separate facilities
- Support audits of in-process product and finished products
- Address procedural issues of non-conformance in quality
- Provides directions and confirmation of resolution for quality discrepancies
- Monitor quality requirements in accordance with the company quality assurance policies and customer specifications.
- Accurately enter production and quality data in various databases and other internal
- Maintain and update data reporting systems for Management Review data for the Quality Management System
- Support processing of RMAs
- Support administration for customer quality complaints including customer/sales interface problem definition root cause analysis corrective and preventative actions
- Perform multiple tasks in Oracle to assist in completing quality support and objective needs
- Interact with Production Supervisors Process Engineers Product Line Managers Customer Service Representatives & Raw Material Buyers on quality needs
- Adhere to and promote the Environmental Health & Safety Policies of
- Comply with all quality safety and work

Qualifications
- 3 years of manufacturing experience preferably in position that requires a solid understanding of quality control
- Technical writer experience a plus.
- Competent user of Oracle or other MRP systems.
- Proficient user of Microsoft Outlook Word PowerPoint and
- Power BI and Microsoft teams experience a plus.
- Proven ability to comprehend and follow work
- Ability to apply basic math and use handheld measurement
Working Conditions
