Le Gestionnaire doprations Nouvelles installations (NI) sera responsable des activits NI de la satisfaction des clients et des activits de gestion dordre quotidien.
Responsabilits
Diriger lexcution des activits de la clientle lies la division Nouvelles installations dOtis.
Assurer la supervision des mcaniciens de construction et des quipes dinstallation.
Raliser les objectifs en respectant le budget pre-defini
Sassurer que les projets ne dpassent pas les prvisions de cots.
Analyser avec prcision les situations de risque et aider laborer des contingences pour les estimations.
Etre responsable de lvaluation et de la formation de lquipe surtout dans le domaine de la securit et de la qualit
Raliser des contrles de scurit et de qualit a travers des inspections et des plans de scurit et de qualit.
Coordonner les livraisons de matriel et mettre des bons de commandes.
Dvelopper et maintenir des relations professionnelles et productives avec les collgues les quipes de gestion de projet les employs de chantier les clients les autorits gouvernementales et toute autre partie prenante.
Prvoir et planifier les ressources en main-duvre pour assurer la bonne excution des projets dans les dlais fixs maintenir lassurance qualit du client et amliorer lefficacit.
Voir ladministration et linterprtation des dispositions contractuelles et excuter les tches lies au processus de construction notamment la gestion de la facturation des paiements des consultants et des entrepreneurs le traitement des RFI et loptimisation des possibilits de modification de commandes ainsi que la maximisation de la couverture de trsorerie du projet.

Dtenir un diplme dtudes secondaires ou lquivalent; un diplme universitaire serait un atout.
Exprience/comptences minimales
Experience de supervision / gestion de chantier dans le domaine de construction
Faire preuve de solides comptences en communication crite et verbale tant en Anglais quen Franais afin de dvelopper efficacement les attentes et les relations avec les clients internes et externes.
tre apte travailler dans un environnement dynamique et fortement ax sur le travail dquipe.
tre motiv et capable de grer plusieurs projets et responsabilits simultans.
tre trs laise dans un environnement technique utilisant les logiciels informatiques de Microsoft.
Possder des qualits de chef tre ax sur les rsultats faire preuve dune grande motivation et possder dexcellentes aptitudes pour la gestion du temps et lorganisation.
Possder de lexprience dans le domaine des des ascenseurs et des escaliers mcaniques serait un atout.

Otis Elevator Company is searching for a highly motivated Manager Construction Operations to drive productivity and the performance of new equipment projects for the branch and customers. The Manager New Equipment operations (NE) will be responsible for the new equipment business including field operations customer satisfaction and overall daily business management activities.
Essential Responsibilities
Direct supervise and lead the performance of field operations for the New Equipment installation side of Otis business
Supervise construction mechanics and installation teams
Achieve performance to estimate targets
Ensure all projects do not exceed cost estimates
Accurately analyze situations and assist in developing contingencies for estimates
Conduct field education training ensuring that we create and maintain a safe working environment
Regularly perform field safety audits jobsite inspections and develop site safety/logistics plans
Coordinate all material deliveries and issuing purchase orders
Develop and maintain professional and productive relationships with co-workers project management teams field employees clients government authorities and others in contact with the job
Forecast and schedule labor resources ensuring successful project completion maintaining customer quality assurance and improving efficiencies
Education / Certifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelors degree preferred.
Basic Qualifications
Site Supervision / Management experience in the Construction industry
Candidate must be able to demonstrate strong written and verbal communication in both French and English skills to effectively develop expectations and relationships with internal and external customers
Ability to work in a highly team-oriented and dynamic environment
Needs to be self-motivated and able to manage many simultaneous projects and responsibilities
Successful candidate should be very comfortable in a technical environment utilizing Microsoft based computer software
Strong leadership skills goal-orientated and good decision-making skills with strong time management and organizational skills
Elevators and Escalators experience preferred
