Responsibilities: This person will provide general support for Internet/Intranet applications network infrastructure e-mail Windows Servers Windows applications and other PC-related software. They will also assist field techs with hardware and software concerns. All duties should be performed in accordance with company policy.

Qualifications
- Network Certification preferred
- Three years experience maintaining VoIP phone systems preferably Mitel
- Familiarity with working in virtual environments
- Ability to solve network connectivity issues using appropriate diagnostic tools
- Ability to troubleshoot internet connectivity specifically Fortinet routers
