- Supervise contents cleaning deodorizing and inventory processes in the warehouse
- Ensure warehouse cleanliness organization and proper storage of contents
- Uphold high standards for customer property care and detailed documentation
- Manage quality control and verify that all items meet cleaning and restoration standards
- Train direct and support contents technicians to meet deadlines and exceed expectations
- Maintain clear professional communication with customers team members and office staff
- Monitor consumable usage and track equipment and supply needs
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety standards including OSHA guidelines
- Assist in updating job files with accurate notes photos and inventory records
- Support the project manager with warehouse-based progress updates and customer concerns
- Communicate and follow all OSHA guidelines for job safety
- Manage assets by protecting and using equipment and materials properly
- Coach and train restoration technicians
- Valid drivers license
- High school diploma/GED (preferred)
- At least 1 year of experience in cleaning restoration or construction
- IICRC certification a plus not required
- Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail
- Strong work ethic and pride in cleanliness and efficiency
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs regularly; occasionally up to 100 lbs with assistance
- Ability to stand for long periods and work in a warehouse environment
- Comfortable working around cleaning agents and equipment
- Effective communication and leadership skills
- Commitment to customer satisfaction and compassionate handling of personal property
