What Youll Do:
Youll play a key role in our accounting department with responsibilities that include:
Posting invoices and processing daily accounting transactions
Reconciling vendor statements and preparing disbursements
Making bank deposits and balancing accounts
Preparing payments and verifying data in the system
Assisting with month-end close and finalizing accounting data
Following up on past due accounts and returned checks
What You Bring:
Proven accounting experiencepreferably in an automotive dealership setting
Familiarity with dealership management systems (DMS) and payroll platforms
Strong attention to detail accuracy and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and thrive in a collaborative team environment
AR/AP experience preferred
Accounting degree is a plus but not required
