Major Duties and Responsibilities
The role involves conducting loan interviews and securing the necessary customer information to initiate loan transactions.
Take mortgage loan applications analyze data and solicit new mortgage business.
Maintain good external relationships and promote the organizations products and services.

Experience with:
- FHA VA and Fannie Mae
- Construction loans
Education/Certifications/Licenses
- Maintain active registration with the National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS).
- NMLS Number.
- Associates degree or higher preferred.
- Valid and current Drivers License.
