Secondment - Sr. Associate (m/f/d) CET Germany

What You Will Achieve
In this role you will:
Contribute to moderately complex projects by managing your time effectively and developing short-term work plans.
Use your judgment to modify methods and techniques as needed.
Ensure flawless delivery of commercial services across local business units.
Coordinate quality delivery of services in areas like Field Force deployment data management and commercial optimization aligning with global strategy and local requirements.
Support strategic project delivery and management including business growth initiatives and third-party collaborations.
Oversee team cost centers manage budget submissions and coordinate with finance for tracking reporting and quarterly close processes.
Organizing and aligning onboarding activities in close collaboration with the Marketing team.
Coordinating appointments with Marketing trainers and within the L&D team
Taking minutes during L&D team meetings and supporting the coordination of workshops
Maintaining and analyzing the training dashboard to derive actionable insights
Conducting internal and external trend research in the field of Learning & Development
Supporting the creation of training materials and managing all necessary steps up to GCMA approval.
Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)
High school diploma (or equivalent) with 8 years of experience or associates degree with 6 years of experience or BA/BS with 2 years of experience or MBA/MS with any years of relevant experience
Proven ability in managing day-to-day planning and operational activities
Solid problem-solving facilitation and analytical skills
Possess a high energy level sense of urgency creativity decisiveness ability to work hard and well under pressure
Strong interpersonal skills
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Fluent German Language Skills
Bonus Points If You Have (Preferred Requirements)
Relevant biopharmaceutical industry experience
Competence with business systems and capability of learning new applications
Experience in strategic project delivery and management
Knowledge in management of team cost centers and budget submissions
Experience in leading or participating in cross-functional teams
Strong communication skills and ability to develop and adapt communication plans
Experience in facilitating calendar management and resolving issues through collaboration and diplomacy
