Job Description
The White Family is looking for a Receptionist to join our team. Here at the Jim White Toyota dealership we truly pride ourselves on providing exceptional customer service. Therefore the ideal candidate will be ambitious energetic and customer service driven!
Responsibilities:
- Operate switchboard telephone system
- Communicate with callers in a professional friendly and efficient manner striving to minimize the amount of time customers spend on hold
- Provide basic information to callers who have general inquires
- Prepare sales and service gas tickets for the accounting department
- Assist the General Manager with various clerical duties as needed
- Be friendly professional courteous and efficient when working with all customers and employees
- Receive cash checks and credit card payments from customers and record the amount received on the repair order and/or counter ticket.
- Handle customer complaints with integrity and poise and refer the complaining customer to the appropriate individual for further communication.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Experience using Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to work effectively with customers vendors and employees while handling multiple tasks simultaneously
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Professional Appearance
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background and drug screen
