Job Description

Heavy Construction Crane Operator Description Details

  • Operate mechanical boom and cable friction cranes or hydraulic and cable equipment to lift and move materials machines or products in many directions on an heavy commercial construction project.
  • Interpret and follow all signals.
  • Position requires completing daily and weekly inspection and maintenance reports.
  • Position requires working in all types of weather and extended periods of sitting and standing.
  • Must adhere to safety protocol and work in a drug-free environment.
  • Must be willing to travel.

Experience

  • 5 years Commercial Construction Crane Operator experience required. Must have current and valid NCCCO certification
  • Must have CCO or CICB certifications.
  • Hydraulic and lattice boom experience.
  • Caisson work experience preferred but not required.
