Job Description
JOB SUMMARY
The RADIOLOGY TECHNOLOGIST performs diagnostic radiographic services by taking radiographs images made by passing x-rays through an area of the body. Services may include positioning photographing and developing film. The Radiologic Technologist works under the direction of the radiologist or physician.

Certs/ARRT & other specialty certification requirements - ARRT RT (R)
How many scanners/rooms does this department have 2 xray rooms
Will they have to float/cover any other areas No
Common types of imaging/studies performed & Job Duties: Fluoro Surgery (OR) ED X-ray Inpatient Portable.
Experience or Must have skills: 2 years experience to have ED xray ability and Surgery
Average # of scans/studies per day: AVG 30ish
EMR &/or PACS (Picture Archive & Communication System: software & hardware) do they use: Mckesson EPIC
Department Specific Equipment (GE Phillips Siemens): GE Seimann
