General Construction Manager / Owners Representative
Advantage Point Group seeking to add an experienced General Construction Manager / Owners Representative to oversee an industrial construction project near Kingston Ontario. Ongoing general construction projects are expected at this active industrial plant.
As the Owners Representative you will serve as the liaison between the Owner engineering teams and contractors ensuring all work is performed safely to specification and in compliance with contracts and permits. This is an oversight and management roleyou will not perform hands-on construction or maintenance.

Responsibilities
- Represent the Owners interests on-site
- Monitor contractor activities for safety compliance and quality
- Oversee permitting procedures and project documentation
- Identify and communicate risks or issues proactively to the Owner
- 12 years of experience in industrial and/or heavy commercial construction
- Experience working at industrial plantspreferred
- Excellent communication and computer skills (Microsoft Office required)
- Ability to navigate and manage the political aspects of large corporate environments
- OSHA 30 certification required
- Must be local to the plant. Not eligible for per diem.
