Job Summary:
The Data Entry Operator 2 is responsible for accurate and efficient data entry of applications logging and tracking security paper to prevent fraudulent use. The role involves ongoing support for data entry and information verification using DAVE and DocuWare applications scanning and indexing paper-based records and providing customer support related to application usage.
Location: Augusta Maine United States
Responsibilities:
- Enter data from applications into computer systems.
- Log and track security paper.
- Verify information in DAVE and DocuWare applications.
- Scan and index paper-based records and documents.
- Provide customer support related to application usage.
- Assist with miscellaneous departmental tasks and provide backup for similar positions.
- Conduct basic data mining and data capture efforts.
Required Skills & Certifications:
- Comprehensive PC skills.
- Ability to follow written and spoken instructions.
- Minimum typing speed of 35 WPM.
- Ability to accurately enter information into a computer access information and verify information on a screen.
- Ability to operate and understand basic scanning and imaging equipment.
- Knowledge of imaging and visual display operating practices procedures and techniques.
- Knowledge of arithmetic and numbering systems.
- High School Diploma.
- Entry-level experience.

Special Considerations:
- Must reside within an hour and a half radius of Augusta ME.
- 100% onsite for the first 6 months; may be eligible for 2 remote days per week after training.

- Vendors MUST be present at the beginning of the interview to validate their candidate.
- State of Maine required credentials must be met and uploaded to contractors profile prior to the first day.
