Job Description
Position Description:
Trinus Corporation is looking for an experienced Project Manager/Scrum Master for a 12-month contract role. This is a hybrid position based in Los Angeles CA offered on a W2 basis.
Skills:
- Strong planning skills organizational awareness and interpersonal effectiveness to successfully navigate complex multi-stakeholder environments.
- The ability to facilitate collaboration between technical teams program leaders and data stakeholders.
- Possess strong problem-solving skills to proactively identify and resolve project impediments manage competing priorities and maintain momentum.
- Familiarity with common issues encountered in enterprise data and system integration projects.
- Technical knowledge is sufficient to evaluate data-related project components validate deliverables and guide effective decision-making.
- Experience working within Agile teams and managing Kanban boards to coordinate iterative delivery track progress and communicate status to stakeholders.
- A demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams coordinate input from multiple sources and support change management.
Experience Required:
- Minimum of 7 years of broad extensive and increasingly responsible experience applying PM principles methods techniques and tools. At least 4 years of that experience must have been as a senior PM of one or more large or complex IT project.
- Verified management of at least 3 complex IT or Enterprise data-related projects during the past 4 out of 5 years that required the application of Scrum Kanban and Agile methodologies to manage cross-functional teams project management principles across multiple and diverse stakeholder agencies including the assessment and evaluation of business processes data governance practices or system integration outcomes.
- Preferred verified experience includes working with Jira for project tracking and Confluence for documentation and collaboration.
- Verified experience leading at least 3 projects during the past four 4 out of 5 years that involved data sharing across departments or organizations with demonstrated use of problem-solving techniques to address data standardization access or interoperability challenges.
- Verified experience managing at least 3 projects during the past 4 out of 5 years that required a working familiarity with cloud-based data management environments system interfaces and data quality assurance as well as the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to data integration and system compatibility.
Education Required:
- Bachelors degree.
Certification Required:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) - Project Management Institute (PMI).
